Automatic Mineral Water Production Line 5 Gallon Barrel Mineral Water Filling Machine/Mineral water 20L barrel filling​ 

This 5 gallon filling machine is specialized for 3-5 gallon drink water production line. This series barreled production line is made by washing barrel, filling and capping three parts. Washing part adopts several ways rinse water and disinfection solution. Rinse water and disinfection solution can cyclic use. Filling part is high and stable, feeding part auto feeding and capping. Total line is easy operation and gather machine, electricity and gas in one body. It is new equipment for barreled water production line.

1) QGF series automatic production line is specializes for production of 3-5 gallon barrel.

2) The machine consists of washing,filling and sealing in one.

3) The bottle washer adopts multi-channel washing liquid injection and disinfectant injection for the purpose of washing sterilization.The disinfectant is recylable.

4) The sealing machine can start sealing automatically and the bottle conveying port is equipped with a sanitation device to ensure the sanitation of cap.

intensity. The machine is made of stainless steel which is corrosion resistant and easy cleaning. The pneumatic parts are from the famous brand AIRTAC.

Full Automatic out side Brushing Machine is affiliated production facility for three & five gallons barrel packing productionline. For 5 gallons barrel opening and the body of barrel can be brushed. It is especially suitable for producing mineral water,it can effectively eliminate sediment and alga caused by mineral. This machine brushes the bottom, outside surface and insidesurface of the barrel, so washing and cleaning effect can be obviously increased. It can greatly reduce second pollution caused by manual brushing and can reduce works labor stress.
